Refund Policy

PowerLibs offers two types of products: PowerLibs Base Package ($99 one-time - component package) and PowerLibs Ultra ($19/month or $119/year - subscription with advanced features). Each has a different refund policy due to their nature.
PowerLibs Ultra (Subscription)
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
No questions asked. If you're not completely satisfied with your PowerLibs Ultra subscription, you can cancel anytime and request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription start date.
To request a refund, email support@powerlibs.com and PowerLibs will process it immediately.
PowerLibs Base Package (Components)
Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable component code that can be immediately copied and saved), refunds for the Base Package are generally not provided.
However: If you can demonstrate that the product does not work as described, PowerLibs will issue a full refund.
Examples of valid refund reasons:
- Components fail to work in Power Apps as documented
- YAML code does not generate correctly
- Features advertised are missing or non-functional
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the components

Bundle Deal (Base Package + Ultra)
Bundle purchases include both the Base Package (components) and a PowerLibs Ultra subscription:
- Ultra subscription: Eligible for 30-day money-back guarantee
- Pro component package: Subject to digital goods policy (refund if product doesn't work as described)
How to Request a Refund
Email support@powerlibs.com with:
- Your email address used for purchase
- Purchase date (if known)
- For component refunds: Brief description of the issue
PowerLibs responds to all refund requests within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
- All refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method
- Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days (determined by your bank/card issuer)
- You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
- After a refund, access to premium features will be revoked
